INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup Himalayan sea salt
- 1/2 cup dried jasmine flowers
- 5 drops sandalwood essential oil
- 2 drops jasmine essential oil
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, pour the boiling water over the sea salt and dried jasmine flowers. Allow to steep for ten minutes.
- Stir in essential oils.
- Check the temperature for comfort, then place your feet in the bowl and add enough warm water to cover. Relax in the foot soak for 15 minutes.
