INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon bentonite clay
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 4 drops cilantro essential oil
- 2 drops rosemary essential oil
DIRECTIONS:
- In a small glass bowl, blend the apple cider vinegar into the bentonite clay until it creates a creamy paste.
- Add essential oils and stir to incorporate.
- Use a spoon to smooth a thin layer of the paste onto the armpit area. Rinse gently after five minutes.
- Repeat once daily as needed until odor is gone.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz coconut oil
- 2 oz shea butter
- 1 tbsp aloe vera gel
- 1 tsp glycerin
- 3 drops lavender essential oil
- 3 drops peppermint essential oil
- 2 drops chamomile essential oil
DIRECTIONS
- In a double boiler over medium heat, melt the coconut oil and shea butter. Blend well.
- Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
- Allow to come to room temperature (mixture will become solid).
- Using a hand blender, mix until texture is creamy. Add additional glycerin or aloe vera gel if you desire the texture to be softer.
- Store sunburn lotion at room temperature in desired glass container.

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sea salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 8 drops grapefruit essential oil
- 4 drops lavender essential oil
- 4 drops lemon essential oil
- 2 drops basil essential oil
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients together and store in a glass container. Add enough olive oil to make a thick mixture similar to paste.
- Use body scrub weekly in the shower to remove dead skin cells and add moisture to the skin.
Always be careful with oil-based products in the bath or shower.
