INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp carrier oil, like olive oil or sweet almond oil
  • 2 drops peppermint essential oil

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend the peppermint essential oil into the carrier oil.
  2. Apply mixture to bottoms of feet.
  3. Apply to the temple region of the face, rubbing in a circular manner.
  4. Rub remaining mixture into hands, then cup hands to the face and breathe deeply.
